My privacy settings not working on Facebook?

I used to have my privacy setting to everything 'friends only' now a couple of days ago I changed it so everyone could view my bio, favorite quotes, etc. But when I click preview profile, all it shows me is my sex and profile picture.
@-I thought so too, but its been days if not a week.
