U need to be admin to do this, go to group setting and change group pic

Hi, First of all, you need admin privileges to change the picture.
Go to your group homepage, move your mouse over the picture and you'll see a pencil and a 'change picture' sign. click on that. and then you can remove the picture and add a new one. You can also change the small logo of your group by going "Edit group settings" , near to group name. Note:You are allowed to change the group info only five times over the life of the group.
