Why do his friends HATE me?

have known this guy for years and I Friendzoned him a long time ago because of this and the fact that he lives in London and I live in America. He broke my heart a few years ago when I gave him the power to hurt me and that is why he scares me. He started dating this girl. Then broke up with her like a year ago. He didnt talk to me the whole time he was dating her. I tried to forget him because it really hurt. About a week ago he started talking to me again. So I decided to forgive him and just get along with him. Then his friends started sending really rude texts to me. They obviously hate me. They told me to leave him alone, and they told me awful things about him. I asked WHY LIE? And then I told them this is how rumors get started. Unfortunately, they didn't listen to warning and pressed on! When I tried to send him a mesage on facebook explaining that my Godfather had died and I needed to talk to him about his "FRIENDS Who HATE Me" he just totally brushed it under the rug and put up in a PUBLIC Post on Facebook that He is NOW IN A RELATIONSHIP with a new girl. Once again, his friends started hounding me and sending me Screenshots of private conversations that he had about me BEHIND My back and one of the old women named Suzi, who is old enuf to be my grandmom, made a catty remark just as she has done in the past. Soon after, Kristen, Diana, and Lisa and the entire group of vultures started in on me again. All of his friends have sought me out and two of the New York women I had to HIRE Lawyers to cease the threats and harassment they made to me. A girl's got to protect herself. I really believed his friends and family are irrelevant. And by Ignoring them along with their LIES too...they're like children, if you ignore them, they will stop and find someone else to bother right? That didn't work. They got worse! I've been bullied beyond belief now and I am at a crossroads. I didnt ask for this! He came to me to mend fences and become friends again and I guess I was stupid to trust him NOT to hurt me. What should I do? Why would they HATE me this much?

They hate you because he has told them things to make them hate you. He is in the wrong for allowing them to inflict pain on you. If he cared about you, he would not allow anyone including friends and family members to cause you pain. He provokes them into bothering you and he is getting a sick thrill out of watching it. You've done all you can do. Sounds like you've put up with more than enough and given him the benefit of the doubt one too many times and that needs to stop. Stop allowing him back into your life as he is the source of the pain. You are a Gorgeous Supermodel and you deserve someone who will adore you. I understand you wanted to forgive and be friends but this guy sounds like a Sociopath. You can't befriend people who will stir information and try to halt your life. Forget him.
