no your friends will be able to copy and paste, but random people cant

You can change the privacy of the photos to make them private, but if that's not what you mean, there's no way to keep people from saving them. Besides, they could always take a screenshot.

in your profile go to photos->click the album you want to make private->click edit photos->click edit info->click privacy.u have the options there.if u click on customize then u have the option of blocking the persons u dont want to look at the pics.

A person can always screen shot whatever you have.

Some software like SnagIt can always do it.

Go to "Privacy Settings", and then "Profile Information". After that, go to "Edit Settings" next to "Photo Albums". Click "Customize" and adjust the option. Save Changes.
