Why are ads popping up between posts on facebook?

I uninstalled several programs that I thought may be causing this but it is still a problem. I don't know how to get rid of this. It is also causing problems with games because I will be playing a game and the ad will change and then it causes my game to not load correctly. HELP! I'm not sure how to fix this.

If you are using a Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox then install a add-on on your chrome or firefox named 'AD-Block Plus'...

Then go to the popped AD and right click on it,you will find a sentence "ADBlock Plus:Block Image" and very bottom of the r-click pop down(i dunno what it is actually said)..click on it and you can find a dialogue box,click on the ADD FILTER button....You are Done,the disturbing AD has been gone for forever....this process for firefox and chrome process is little different and that in the link..
