The short answer is obviously… No

Is this Facebook connected to your actual name – if so you'll never get a job, unless you're working in a medical marijuana collective. And I would be willing to bet that the smart money is on the local police department monitoring Facebook for absolutely low IQ moves.

All that being said… There are some businesses, such as the aforementioned medical marijuana collectives, seed companies, hydroponic companies that all have Facebook pages and as a byproduct of the "legal" business posts for their medical marijuana items (see example http://on.fb.me/Ps5pNf ). Is that against the law? Absolutely not. But I'd be willing to bet they're not using their actual name on these Facebook accounts. So that when their business goes under, and they need to get a real job they can still go in as "Joe Smith" and not have their marijuana history being dredged up by any human resource lackey.
