what does > mean? (on twitter)?
recently ive noticed people on twitter writing something and putting a '>' after it and sometimes write somethig else after it. What does it mean?

Greater than. Three examples:
Cats > Dogs - They like cats better than dogs. Cats. > - They just like cats. Cats. > Some of the cutest things ever! :3 - They just had a comment to add with it. There is also a less than symbol which works vice versa. Rain. < Rain. < Sunshine. Rain. < I'm so over the rain this week... That's how it works. |

That is just a way people have come up with so that they can type less. So if they want to say a certain restaurant is better than another one they will just use> instead of saying better....(:
