Facebook won't allow me to message photos to my friends, please help!?

When I try to message a friend a photo on Facebook, a sign comes up and says "This app does not have access to your photos or videos. You can enable access in Privacy Settings". I looked through the Privacy Settings and couldn't find anything relating to this. Can somebody please help me, or tell me where I can enable it?

Because I remember the first time I tried to send a photo and it asked if I wanted to allow Facebook to go open my photos and I clicked no, and I haven't been able to fix it since..

You can upload photo and tag to the friend with whom you are trying to share it.
