How to download videos from Facebook faster?

My friend shared a video and i can watch it, but i don't know how to download it....... so if you know to download it faster, pls.. answer this question, thank you!
Uhm........... only post, not from YouTube, his friend upload it.

I think you can download pretty much everything with Torch.
I know that videos from most sites are always available and recently Torch started working with audio files as well.
