Should I get the Facebook timeline or just wait until they give it to me?

Okay I hope this isn't weird to ask but it looks really dumb to me in a way but in another way I want it because I want to put cool pictures for the cover photo. I asked my sister and she said I should because I look like a weirdo not having the timeline when so many people do.
So for people who have it is it worth it or should I just wait until I automatically get it?

They aren't going to make you. So just get it their going to keep changing it no matter what. So no point in waiting forever

I went ahead and bit the bullet and put it up. I'm generally surprised when I pull someone up and they don't have it. But a lot of people don't like it and are holding out until they have no choice. There are things I like about it and things I don't, but since it is going to change, go ahead and do it yourself and do it the way you want it.
