Twitter problem-'following'?

i went on a site to get more followers and am regretting it now. ever since, my 'following' keeps going up and adds people i dont want to follow,i unfollow them but when i log in again say the next day theres more that have been added again---anyone know how to stop this?

A few choices:

1. Goto the website and close your account. If it's an honest one, you'll have that option.
2. Remove access the website has over your account in the Twitter security settings (probably won't work, as I doubt it did things this way)
3. Change your password. Most of these systems just require a username and password, so changing it will solve the issue.
