A girl beat me in wrestling, I need help?

So I'm a sophomore on my schools team and started wrestling last year and was pretty good for my weight class.

And I know this girl that I always talk trash too about her being a failure and never accomplishing anything. A few of her close friends back her up and they all hate me. So I call her retard all the time.

So we have a tournament coming up and we wrestle off for who is better for each weight class to see who will wrestle at the tournament. Lauren is in the 106 pound weight class and I'm in the 119 pound weight class. For some reason, my coach let her (at her request) wrestle me for MY spot, so I'm like ok, I didn't train or anything even though we got a day in advance heads up.

We shake hands and she stares me into the eyes. I immediately throw her in a headlock to the ground to assert my dominance and she gets pinned down and I win.

But then when it was break one of her friends beat me up. She's like 6'4 and 225 pounds lol. I try to escape, but suddenly she's on me and she's standing on my face and chest. Her foot stretches across my entire chest and face, crushing me. I managed to punch her on the stomach when she steps off but she doesn't feel it and her stomach is a bit hard. She picks me up with 1 hand then throws me far away.Then she pinned me down and squeezed me as hard as she could in a 4 figure pin and her thighs are wrapped around my neck and head . I nearly cried because she was really strong when squeezing me. I struggled, but she actually stepped me in the face and put my head onto the mat while her another leg is around my neck. Her foot's like 14 inches long so it holds me in place. then i try to hit her only for her to grab my hand and crush it and my bones nearly break and she crushes me into the ground while she moves so it really hurts.i still try to move but she's completely crushing me then she twists me into some kind of position like a pretzel and I can barely breathe and i feel like a pretzel. I actually went into a sob because it hurt so much and she only released me when I apologized to Lauren crying like a little kid, and even after she released me she stepped on me on purpose, and I was really dizzy and wanted to throw up and was like gasping for air when she squeezed me so hard.

But worse people were fliming it and wores every 1 is laughing at me. They actually put it on Facebook.


Sorry for all of the writing but I just need to know what to do.

It doesn't matter who the f*** beats you you just need a real nice a** whoopin'! So what if a girl beats you up? It doesn't matter. Girls have the same capabilities as guys do.
