how can i promote my photography blog?
websites etc?
i want more viewers! i have my blog on tumblr and a twitter account, how can i get more followers? desperate! Ads |

Just have really interesting and provocative photos...
Perhaps make a YOUTUBE video to show some of them. Ads |

There are some techniques you can use to get your websites higher up in Google. However this is the wrong way of doing it.
The very best way to get people to visit your site, look at your photos, and subscribe, is to upload good photos, interesting text and to make sure your site is updated regularly. Once you've got some good content, you could link to other people's blogs and ask that they link to yours. If people stumble across your site this way, AND they like what they see, they are likely to come back again. |

Submit your site to the major search engines, Google, Yahoo etc. they all have site submission services.
And promote it on facebook, you can create a page for it and sign friends and their friends up to like it |

personally, i wouldn't touch a blog on tumblr cos they tend to be kids who produce them... |

You can link your twitter account with your blog. By tweeting often about the updates of the blog. You need to have a strong presence in twitter to pull traffic to your website. You can make your twitter profile url to your blog url. You would gain people related to photography to be more targeted. Blog and Twitter is a two way relationship.
