How am I gonna get this fake profile of me down of of facebook? Please help me report them !!!?

They have all my pictures on a fake profile account of me been going on for 3 years what do I do !!

Report the FB as many times as you can and make your friends report it also. Good luck >.< people are creeps on FB.

yeah there isn't much you can do, sides tell facebook about it. Hmm yeah, ask them to take it down, if they don't then go to fb, if fb doesn't do anything, then try to sue them.

STEP 1.
Don't freak out.It is fortunately possible to fight this issue.

STEP 2.
Walk into the local police department(don't be scared lol) and tell them you're a teenager(I assume you're) and someone is stalking you online and you feel threatened(make sure you say that word).Also tell them that the fake account holder is responsible for defamation and psychological damage.With all the stories happening now a days the police takes this thing seriously.They can contact Facebook admins and request that punk's IP address.Then they can call the ISP and get his real location and arrest him (or fine him).
Anyways, you're not alone.That happens to many people and the police does help a lot.


EDIT: I would not count on Facebook.Even if you report the account it will take them forever to review your case but when the police calls them then they'll do that right away.Talk to the police.

The first step is to file a police report - it's called impersonation.

Then you can send the police report to Facebook and ask them to remove the fake account and to cooperate in a law enforcement investigation to find who did this.

It's very possible the person who created the fake account is also creating other fake accounts.
