How did this girl get so many facebook friends?

she has almost 5,000 friends on facebook. It would be different if she was the one going and adding people. But people are the ones who add her. Her profile pic isn't anything other girls don't have either. So why would she get 700 friend requests in a matter of two days? I don't understand how so many people are finding her. She doesn't do anything popular for people to add her like that. So how do soooo many people find her and add her?

omg wow... that is CRAZY! I have no idea how people get that many friends but sometimes people just have friends on fb that they dont know. but 700 in 2 days???

There are certain ways:- like
1) buying friends using some sites
2) playing games (and be good at them) which require crews..people add people for thier game advantage
For example i played a game called "Mafia Wars" i was good at it so people send me requests everyday so that i could add them to my mafia which will make me and them both powerfull...
one time i myself had nearly 5,000 friends
