i need facebook privacy help please?

i've blocked my parents from seeing tagged photos of me. right now, there isn't anything inappropriate, i just figured that it'd be the same route now that i'm in college. the thing is, my room mate helped check it this morning. i blocked her from seeing them, but when she looked on my facebook, she could see it just find.

currently, i have them blocked under: drop down arrow top right > privacy settings > edit settings under "how tags work" > and then i blocked them under maximum profile visibility.

please let me know what i did wrong? thanks.
