Twitter wont work properly!?

When I open up Twitter on the browser I normally use, which is Google Chrome it come up with this screen http://s1079.photobucket.com/albums/w505...ntwork.png (I had to highlight the page because my links are the same color as my background) Refreshing it doesn't work, closing and re opening the browser doesn't work and neither does restarting my laptop. It also does the same on Internet Explorer. I asked 2 of my friends and neither of them have the same problem and it is working fine for them. All the other website I normally go on work just fine its only twitter. Please help!

This is currently happening to many BT users, happens to me and MANY other people as well. Hopefully BT will sort this issue soon.

it's happened to mine, I've contacted twitter help centre so hopefully they can do something about it. I guess the only thing we can do is wait or use the app, the app works
