How come facebook allows others but not me see people photos?

my brothers facebook account can see my cousins album photos but mine dosnt have his album pop up. Plus we're both not friends with him on facebook either.. and our age is 1 year differece and my cousin is my age.
No he didnt just set it on priavte outof where. I've tried again few days later and same results
is my cousin hiding the photos from me or only allowing my brother ?

Your cousin may have blocked you to see his photos or you may have turned the images off in settings or your browser is a bit slow. Check these things and you may be able to see his photos.

Yep, your cousin probably just doesn't want you to see his/her photos for many reasons or just for no reason at all
