I want to make a creative CV that looks like the above "retro menu" I`d like it to have clickable links for the hobbies and interests section etc.
A. Can I do it with Photoshop?
B. I haven't used Photoshop in a while, so how hard would it be to make this?
C. What file type do I save it as?

Any info would be great thank you.

Downlaod one of these fonts:

Install them and use them with any program u like
