How to fall out of love with somebody?

I'm at a breaking point... No, my heart is broken. It's been broken by the same person twice.. I don't know what to do. I've never felt this way about someone and I know they feel the same they're just having a hard time revealing it. I've tried not talking to them, and getting rid of anyway of seeing them, unfollowing them on twitter and instagram.. And then all of the sudden as I'm getting ready to be over them, they just come right back into my life and I fall right back in love with them.. I see her and i get butterflies, and when i talk to her im just so happy, i dont think of anything, i just listen to her talk. And I enjoy every minute of it. Tonight I had my heart broken for the 2nd time. And I don't know if I should confront them about how I'm freaking getting destroyed, or of I should just let it be. I'm crying over this girl right now. I wake up and go to bed thinking about how beautiful she is. And yet I'm still trying to get over her. My question is, how can I get over her.. How can I get her out of my head? How can I just stop thinking about her 24/7 and being over protective(Not weirdly) and i need to know if i should talk to her about it.. just someone please help me I'm so mentally and physically destroyed.. Please, I've never cried over someone like her. She is everything to me.. But I guess, if I love her, I should let her go. But I don't know how..

Everything you are describing is how I feel about a guy. The only thing I can do is honestly stay away and try to meet new ppl. but as soon as i see him, im head over heels and he keeps using me. Try to find someone new, or busy yourself. Its so hard, I know. We have to come out of it sometime though.......right..... lol. Just know someone out there feels the same way you do

It sounds like this girl is your first love. I have been in love more than once, and its difficult to say how you can get over her... I have felt your exact pain, and after 4 years I am still not over this one girl. I know it is absolute torture. I feel like the harder I try to forget her, the more I think about her. I have sort of accepted and become used to thinking about the girl regularly.

My advice: Stay busy. Find new activities, meet new people, make new friends. It will make it easier to stop thinking about her and hopefully you will move on. You really never know how long it will take, but one day you might just wake up and those feelings you had for her will vanish into thin air. Try not to panic or stress out about trying to get her out of your mind...
