How do other guys do it?

Here's the thing , in highschool i was overweight , not really attractive and had low self esteem , now after 35 are gone i look much better and more attractive ( aim 6'2 btw ), i work out too , now that i finished school ( few months ealier ) and found a job everything seems good , except for one thing ... GF
i don't have one and not sure how to get one , i am not one of the social freaks who have many friends and know everyone , and i am not in school anymore , so talking to girls at school is not an option , i usually work from 6 to 5 , so you see it's not like i can just go talk to some girls and on weekends ... well there is no school ( talking on facebook is creepy ) , i am quite smart and can hold a conversation , I can also make people easily laugh ( especially girls ) .

It's just ... well after being kinda socially awkward for at least 5 years I don't know what should i do or how should i act , i see other guys with their GFs and i know that i am much better and have future , unlike most of them , but i just don't know how to get a gf ... so how do you guys do it ?

You'll know right away, that is what they call chemistry. Also, you shouldn't pay too much thought to it. Have confidence in yourself as a person and all should work out.
