go to timeline then go to friends list then press edit at the top of the page then on dropdown menu select "only me".

on your timeline click on friends
than find a EDIT tab on the top right click on that and a box will open you can select who to share your friend information with |

log in , goto your timeline , then little down you will find your friendlist,click on friends/see all. then select edit(top right) , and click on the lock sign and select the viewers
or visit https://www.facebook.com/YOURFACEBOOKID/...ft_ref=frh then select edit(top right) , and click on the lock sign and select the viewers |
