Facebook Stop friends not on my friends list to access my friends?

how can i prevent friends who are not on my friends list to see who my friends are and able to send me a message on facebook?

If you go up top to Privacy (right next to home, and near where you can logout) you can change your profile options so that only friends can see your profile.

To stop communications, you can block someone, from the same page, but I don't know if it blocks ALL communications. Try it and see.

go to privacy http://www.new.facebook.com/privacy/?ref=mb
then click on search there will be a list underneath how can people contact you? including see your picture, send a message, add you as a friend, and view your friend list untick these boxes and problem solved
