why i cannot find facebook apps on yahoo tool bar?

already check the gear icon and I only find 26 apps and eventhough I search on the yahoo toolbar edit cannot find facebook.Weird.I'm using vista on my laptop.But my pc using windows 7 and it has no problem.
Do you think it has a connection to the problem?

Have you tried the following, it was a best answer some months ago.

Click on the gear icon at the far right of the Yahoo! Toolbar. Select "Edit Your Apps". Search for Facebook on the Add Apps page. When you find the Facebook app click on it to add it to your toolbar.

Not a connection problem. Under Add Apps enter "facebook" (without the quotes) in the search box. If it doesn't show, then go to toolbar.yahoo.com and make sure it says your toolbar is up to date. If not reinstall the Yahoo toolbar (make sure you select the correct country on that web page).
