Change Facebook date?

When I put in my profile, I did not include the fact that I was married. When I updated it, it defaulted to that date - I would like to enter the actual date, how do I change that?

goto your wall > click on life event > click on family and relationship > marriage > then you can enter the details and date

"you can find the life event button on top of that place that you use to write status"
