How to block a site like this?

my mom wants me to stop my sister from using facebook. my mom uses facebook occassionally on our desktop so i cannot block that. my sister only uses facebook from her itouch but it uses the same internet.

it looks like our internet modem is plugged into a linksys router which creates wifi and gives the desktop internet. is there any way to stop a particular drvice from accessing the wifi? me and my bro still want our wifi.

The easiest thing to do is to change the wifi password and keep it away from your sister. Obviously, you need to fix the wifi password on your mom's desktop.
