She Is probably just stating that your looks are cute along with your personality in a nice way, or just trying to be nice. Or it could mean something else? Look for more signs.

Well im assumeing ur a guy cuz i cant tell! sorry if im wrong. But cute could mean anything, like "your soooo cutttteeeeeee" meaning "little brother!! awwwww!!!!!" but super cute, in my opinion, is more like she likes you and would like to be more than just facebook buddies hope i helped!
