okay. well when you see somone say > that means they like it. or they're happy. the more ">" they put the happier they are. When someone says "<" that means they dislike it. or it pisses them off"
Examples:
the fact i just won the lotto>>>>>>> (happy) or
i have no money, and i still work<<<<<< (sad/mad)
