How do I set it to say who's in my family on Facebook?
My brother has a Facebook account that I'm friends with, but how do I set it to say that he's actually my brother, and not just a friend?

When you click edit profile, one of the options in the top part of your profile is family. Type the name in and it will link to his profile. He will have to accept the request you put in to have him listed as your brother
