Yes that's incorrect terminology and should be replace by "criminal border crosser and overstayer with pending deportation". Homeland security is also tracking people using other incorrect words as "undocumented" and "asylum seeker".

Homeland security needs to not only deport the illegals, but they need to deport the people that aid and abed illegals. But, But, But the homeland security would be out of a job then. Hmmmm, creating problems just to get paid to fix them sounds just like the American way to me. Gee, I wonder just how many jobs are created to bring this country down, just to get paid to re-fix every problem created? Trust me, I can remember reading Spanish on every toy instruction Manuel I got for Christmas when I was a kid.This crap was planned before I was born, and I'm sure homeland security is living it up at our expense.
