If I join Facebook, what am I suppose to do? Will it really help me?

My relatives are begging me to join Facebook. Why should I join? I mean, what would I do there?
I mean, what if I dont want to talk to people? What if I like my private life?

It is a social website where you can post thoughts,comments,pictures,etc.You connect to other people and build up a friends list.You receive constant updates on what your friends/family are writing or posting.It's your choice.If you don't want to join,they will get over it.

Facebook is useful for keeping in touch with friends or family members. You can also share your pictures or videos that you would like to show other people i.e family vacation, amusement park trip, etc. Facebook also offers little games and things that can be fun such as farmville or mobsters. Its always important to remember that if you make a facebook account, you should never give out any personal information to strangers or people that you don't know...there's some people that like to friend request you to try to advertise and such.

Don't put anything on their you'd regret later. You can also make it private for just friends to see as well. It's really cool to be able to connect with old friends too!
