Can someone suggest how to get monetary help for a Kidney patient?

Hi All, my brother (18 yrs.) is suffering from Kidney problem from the age of 7. We have already done a kidney transplanting, but all in vain. Right now, he is going through Dialysis thrice a week. However, doctors are suggesting to have the kidney changed again, which is not possible for our financial condition. Can anyone suggest how to get some monetary help for this noble cause ????

Also, if you have a facebook account and a few friends--maybe a local live band with no contract would like to donate a night of "free" live music in conjunction with a local restaurant who could cater the event and people could buy a plate, eat and enjoy music and put money in a jar to support the medical cause........the restarurant gets good Public Relations Points and the band gets wide exposure as do-gooders and people might get to know them.....win-win situation for all.....get friends to help organize it! Ask a high school group of kids who could use "volunteer hours" to put on their college resumes to organize it.
