When should i get one? Long story short, i recently found out this girl is all of a sudden pregnant. And she got me with that im on the pill shit, and i fell for the shit like a sucka. She said once the the child is born she's putting me on child support and does not ever want to see me.. So how can i get this paternity test?

After the child is born. When she applies for child support you have an option to take a paternity test. If you fell for it like you say you did, the child is most likely yours and you will end up with the extra expense of the test plus child support. Good luck

Demand it when served, or even if she than claims you are not the father, as she can wait years to file on you for retroactive child support.
