My Myspace & Facebook notifications go to my Spam folder, how do I make it so that they go to my Inbox?

Whenever someone sends me a message on myspace or facebook I want the notification emailed to me. It does email the notification to me, but to my spam, not my inbox. How do I make it so that the spam notifications go straight to my inbox? please help.

Add the address it is sent from to the 'safe senders list' (or add to addressbook).

Go into the spam box and check mark the item you wish to keep. Click on the 'Not spam' button and it will be returned to your in box, also allowing that address to be delivered to the in box from now on. However, go in periodically and check to insure all items are spam.
Also, make sure that address is in your address book, as it helps to ensure that address as a "safe" one.
