How long should you wait before giving up on your date?

I recently reconnected with a close friend through Facebook/Skype. He was supposed to pick me up 25 minutes ago. He didn't text me to say he was running late or anything. I don't have his number so I can't call him or anything to see what's going on. How long should I wait before admitting I've been stood up?

I'd say wait an hour tops, maybe he got the hour mixed up or got stuck doing something at home and didn't know how to contact you. If it's just an hour then let it go. If it's more than an hour and he does finally show up, ask him what took him so long but be polite about it

Sweatheart, you tried and he failed. If he asks about it later tell him he needs to be more punctual and understand that you have better things to do than wait on him. Men should not make women wait. Twenty five minutes is ridiculous. He needs to be on time or let you know he wont be.
