Why would someone lie about being a virgin?

Ok, brother from a fraternity steals a girl I was going out with for 6 weeks. She's sleeping with him every night. They aren't facebook official, it actually says they are both single. But they flirt around all the time. And he posts sexual statuses on facebook.

He's slept with 5 girls in the past year. I'm pretty sure he's had sex before, yet he says he's a virgin. He's not religious or anything. Why would he lie about being a virgin?

Okay, some girls prefer virgin guys because it makes them feel more experienced. And also tends to make the guy easier to sleep with, do the girl won't try as hard or take to long before she "takes his virginity"

So if a guy tells a girl he's a virgin, he tends to get laid faster.


Trust me, i'd know, my ex told me this before i went out with her.
