Is there a way to find out who has unfriended you on facebook?

No you can check your friend list to see how many you have If some unfriends you you will know

before you assume that you should probably know that facebook sometimes will show a friend's account as deactivated and it will show up sometimes like 2 weeks later. I see this all the time. the gap in time frame being basically how long before they log back on again so that FB can correct itself

If someone un-friend you there is no list, or notification or any easy way to know that. You'll only know when you visit a person's profile who you know is in your contact, but you see Add Friend option on that person's profile.
