How sexual should a 15 year old be?
My niece is 15 and is boy crazy. All she wants is a boyfriend. She posts pictures of herself on her facebook in tight dresses or looking down her shirt to reveal her big boobs (she has one facebook for friends and one for family and I snuck my way into the one for friends, and yes, her mom knows about the 2 accounts). She also posts things that say she kisses girls and when she was 13 her myspace said she was bi, but now facebook says straight. Is this normal?

From the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly observed in what he made. As a result, people have no excuse. They exchanged the glory of the immortal God for statues that looked like mortal humans, birds, animals, and snakes.
For this reason God allowed their lusts to control them. As a result, they dishonor their bodies by sexual perversion with each other. These people have exchanged God’s truth for a lie. So they have become ungodly and serve what is created rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen!
For this reason God allowed their shameful passions to control them. Their women have exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. Likewise, their men have given up natural sexual relations with women and burn with lust for each other. Men commit indecent acts with men, so they experience among themselves the punishment they deserve for their perversion.
And because they thought it was worthless to acknowledge God, God allowed their own immoral minds to control them. So they do these indecent things. Their lives are filled with of all kinds of sexual sins, wickedness, and greed. They are mean. They are filled with envy, murder, quarreling, deceit, and viciousness. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, haughty, arrogant, and boastful. They think up new ways to be cruel. They don’t obey their parents, don’t have any sense, don’t keep promises, and don’t show love to their own families or mercy to others. Although they know God’s judgment that those who do such things deserve to die, they not only do these things but also approve of others who do them. (Romans 1:20, 23-32 GWT)

For example, some men are celibate because they were born that way. Others are celibate because they were castrated. Still others have decided to be celibate because of the kingdom of heaven. If anyone can do what you’ve suggested, then he should do it.” (Matthew 19:12 GWT)

Eh, to be honest, I think it is kinda normal but it SHOULDN'T be. I'm 16 and I know I'm still a kid but I'm a lot more mature now and I have gone through a phase like that. I'm sure every girl does. Maybe just talk to her about it? Trust me. She'll thank you in a few years. You'll save her loads of embarrassment! =)

if her mom knows about her 2 Facebook accounts and is ok with that then you have no right to snoop your nose into her business. that's for her mother and father to do. not her aunt.

That is the age that girls are boy crazy. I went to my roommate's house for Thanksgiving and her 12 year old cousin was going on and on about the 3 boyfriends she has had in the past 2 months. When girls post pictures like that it's usually because they're insecure. I don't think it's appropriate, but when I was 15 I probably would have thought nothing of it. They're just eager to grow out of the "cute" phase and be looked at as "hot." So normal, yes, unfortunately. When I have kids though I wouldn't let them do that, it shows a complete lack of self respect. She'll be pissed off but I would make her take them down.

You should respect yourself at all times. That's how you get true respect of others. At 15 your hormones are kind of out of balance (some people more than others) That causes a lot of confusion. That's not an excuse to make bad choices. In life one must to learn and exercise self control, the younger you learn it the better off and more balanced you will be as an adult. That's not a religious point of view, but just a fact of life.

Everything you have written above is a sure road to self-destruction and a perfect example of how not to have the respect of others and yourself. When I was you age 70 percent of all the (both boys and girls) friends that started life in that manner are in a graveyard today and many at a very young age. Many were killed, committed suicide, murdered, overdosed on drugs or died a useless death. What a waste of life.

Distance yourself from those kind of influences. And always ask yourself is this something I am going to regret later? live and enjoy your life without regret, accept challenges and take chances but most of all RESPECT YOURSELF.
