Nnot really anything as proxy's usually block the domain name meaning anything with youtube in it or facebook may get blocked, blocking everything an allowing certain sites is known as whitelisting. Blacklisting involves allowing everything an only blocking certain things, which is less secure as u can imagine as someone only needs to add something u haven't got on ur list an it'll be let through.
However i spose the best blacklist is

strongly recommend NetDog Porn Filter : http://www.netdogsoft.com , netdog blocks all porn quitely and automatically in the background when anyone's on the computer. It won't block utube and facebook

I suggest you install a porn filter in your laptop. Try aobo porn filter. http://www.aobo-porn-filter.com
You can add the websites you don't want to blacklist or just set keywords to block websites, games and programs. Also there is whitelist for wanted sites. And it works in stealth mode, and won't show in the task manager. With password protection so that no one can change your settings without password.
