Can I get the LG Eve with only Facebook and thats it?

Well I REALLY want a new phone and my dad said try not the get a data plan (internet) but i said my sister uses facebook, and she said thats all she can use and thats what i want too! First, would it be cheaper just to use facebook and thats it? Is it even possible to only use facebook? please answer!!

You could get internet service.. up to you to only use it for facebook. @

Edit : i use phone, i know about internet service on phones. You pay for it. Get unlimited plan, use only for facebook, that simple.
