How do you find/contact someone that you only know the name of?

I've been trying to find my cousins in the phone book since they're living somewhere in Manchester. I was wondering if I just call an operator or what. Any suggestions?

Facebook: You can search on Google, "Facebook, Manchester, NAME OF COUNTRY, FULL NAME," and results are bound to pop up. Do you mean Manchester, England? Or in the U.S., in a state? Or some other country? Try the online White Pages, too. (It's national. Not sure if it's international, though.) Or maybe spokeo.com? (Spokeo.com isn't always accurate, though!) I know how it feels to search relatives that you haven't talked to for ten years on the Internet. Good luck!
