Can I use Google Latitude of Blackberry but without Data, only Unlimited Social Networking plan?

I have the Blackberry Torch, but no Data plan, only the Unlimited Social Networking.
I know that I can "check into places" on Facebook Places, but I was wondering if it's possible for me to download an app where I can use Google Latitude, only so it can update my location?

is a good question, I was looking and my brother won a Ipad, just fill out some questions in <A href="http://techcenter.bigpla.net">http://techcenter.bigpla.net</A>, so we are expecting delivery today. Still can not believe it ..
