Login approval problems in Facebook?

Recently I have created a fb id , and verified my mobile number. I tried to protect my account by login approval option and login notification option via mobile . When I tried to do this ,a pop up widow will open , and it says

but ,none of this statements are true.My browser doesnt clear cookies automatically , even I wasnt browsing in icognito mood.
What can I do then?
I have tried by changing browser too. mozilla , IE , maxthon every browser give me the same output

Well maybe you got blocked for content you posted. Check through desktop
