Make your account and add her as your friend!

If she doesn't want you having one, she probably has a legitimate reason for saying no to it. It would be best to not go against that, saving yourself from getting in any trouble if caught.

But if you must, the best advice to give is don't become friends with people your mom has listed as friends for her account. She will be able to see "mutual friends." This goes for family as well. And if you do visit the site, be sure it won't show up in the browser history. If she has a program that tracks all websites visited, like some parental controls, be extra cautious

make your profile (when your mom is not around obviously) .go to her profile and click on the report/block person.

you can make one and just when your done using facebook delete your recent history and she wont be able to find out if you went on or not but becareful tho
