how can my mother get 9 years of debted child support from my father whom i found on facebook?

i found my father on facebook whose ran from child support well over 9 years. i want to get some child support to my mother for my sister whos only 13. hes clear;ly on facebook as i seen him in public status without being his friend. any ideas?

p.s. he lives in Colorado now and were in TN will that effect anything?

Your mother should apply to the IV-D agency in TN. They will track him down. It may cost her $25, much cheaper than a lawyer.

This is primarily a civil matter. You would have to get his address and your mom would give that to child support enforcement.

Child support enforcement varies from state to state. Just telling them he appear to be in CO may get them to check for driver's licenses with his name in CO. Some won't do a thing - you have to do all the legwork.
