How can I change my Twitter Background ?

I can't get it to work... NO matter what image I put in the background stays white... Help please! I've been trying changing the Background since the last week but it ain't working =''(

Step 1. Open your Twitter Profile. “Click Settings”

Step 2. Click on “Design Tab”

Step 3. Either Select a existing Theme or Click “Change Background Image”, Browse your Image and Upload it. You can also Tile the Image if you want.

Step 4. You can Change your Theme’s Color by clicking on the “Change Design Colors”
