Do bed and breakfast give the run of the house? Are you stuck to just the dining room and bedroom? Is there your own personal area besides the bed room? That the person that owns the house won't go in and bug you?
Do you get your personal bath rooms?
Is the person who owns the house always there? Do they sit with you while you eat? Are they like always watching you or do they leave you alone? Do they talk to you? Is it weird?

Do bed and breakfast give the run of the house? No you choose the room as each room is custom-built and designed; they are usually named as well

Are you stuck to just the dining room and bedroom? No there is a living room near the reception desk and sometimes there is a pool or jacuzzi facility depending on type of B&B

Is there your own personal area besides the bed room? Some B&B's offer a suite where the living area is separate

That the person that owns the house won't go in and bug you? No
Do you get your personal bath rooms? Yes

Is the person who owns the house always there? Depends some owners live in their B&B's as they are maybe homes passed onto them by their ancestors or they live nearby and leave after a certain time. That is why most B&B's have a certain policy about late arrivals

Do they sit with you while you eat? No

Are they like always watching you or do they leave you alone? They leave you alone because you are a paying guest

Do they talk to you? Is it weird? They are hospitable but they let you have your own space and time
