Go on to your facebook account and change your email make another email account fo your facebook notifications can go.

Either turn OFF the notifications in Facebook (you can choose what you get notified about) OR make a FILTER in Yahoo email. RIGHT CLICK one of the emails, select "Filter emails like this" and then decide what you want to have happen. If you want them GONE - select the TRASH folder. If you want to keep them to sort through later, but NOT in your INBOX - make a FB folder in your email and send them there using that filter.
