Is it wrong to not want to talk to my step sisters?
Acouple of months ago my step sisters from a different mother contacted my mother threw Facebook saying how they wanted to get to know their "brother". I don't really see them as family and the only thing we have in common is that we got screwed over by the same deadbeat dad. Is it wrong of me to not want to talk to them?
They are both in their late teens and im in my early 20's if that means anything.
Yes, half sisters. sorry.

it sounds like theyre your half sisters, not step sisters. and if thats the case, i would at least give them a chance. i mean, family is important and if they havent wrong you in anyway, i dont see why you can't just go out to lunch with them or something. you might find that you actually have a lot in common.

You are being very short sighted, they are your siblings, you should get to know them.

Give them a chance, they are your sisters.

If you're met with bad words and horrible attitude from them then it would be best not to be near them, but if they're kind-hearted and nice then you should definitely continue a sibling bond.
