How do I stop receiving Facebook notifications on my Blackberry?

I just got the new curve from Verizon. I have the Facebook application on it & every time I get a notification it vibrates. How do I stop this from happening?

If you go to your facebook settings, you can choose what whether or not to receive notifications or you can choose to just get them to your email and not your phone.

delete the application?
go under settings and c if u can fiz it?
